I'm wondering that what makes the stomach moves in the right lower abdomen with sounds like gurgling specially when rubbing that part. My stomach literally moved in the lower abdomen just below the navel while rubbing. I think I have hernia too because something(round) pops up between  ribs n disappear when I press.No pain but just little discomfort. What do you think that could be? Please let me know?
