Pregnancy and Infertility

I have regular periods. My AMH is 6.20, doctor told mild PCOS and suggested to take normoz. Usg is fine. Taking normoz from last 1month. Last month before period I found spotting for 3 days and then my actual period came. Also I am gaining some weight. What is the issue? Is it because of normoz? Is it normal? I wish to conceive.

I am taking Dinogest since 1.5 months for Endometriotic Cyst. Doctor had told that i would not get my periods. My cycle is usually 28 days and very regular always. But while taking dinogest i still got my periods but with delay of 35 days but with little less flow compared to before. Getting periods on Dinogest is okay ? Is this normal. It has been only 1.5 months since i started taking dinogest

Is nt 2.4 mm normal at 12weeks? Nb visualised in scan. I am a bit worried as NIPT results will come after a week

My last period on the 1st day was 14th May. Period duration is usually 4 days. I still have not had my period. Do I go for a test kit?

Hi Doctor, My sister who is 35 year old already had a c section and dermoid cyst removal. She is suffering from over bleeding from 20 days. Ultrasound Report says: Retention cyst on ovary 2cms*2.1 cms. uterus bulky and no mass. Can we know what is retention cyst and what is the treatment for this? Thanks in advance 🙏
