My last date of the period was 21at May 23. After that period didn't come. What should I do? Why is it late?

Hello Doctor. I have bilateral polycystic ovaries, I found this out recently. I have a prescription of tab Deviry 10 mg for 5 days and tab femilon for 21 days for 6 cycles.  My doubt is , after the first month, how do I have the medicines. After 21 days of Femilon should I start taking Deviry again in the same way I took for the first month ??

I had my c section on sep 2022 and it's been 9 months still i dint get periods and also I m breastfeeding. Past two days i have cramps and white discharge but no periods.

Hi, I got NT NB scan done yesterday, at 12 weeks NT value is 2.4, NB was visible. Did NIPT. I am stressed as these results will come after a week. Is NT value normal?

I have had my last period on 2020. After that I had no periods for almost 1.5 years . I did my hormonal blood tests , it shows I am perimenopausal , not menopausal. What is the issue ?
