Bleeding after nostra cr 15

I am a pcod patient , and my doctor prescribed me nostra cr 15 due to irregular cycle. After stopping it I started bleeding lightly day before yesterday. Since yesterday, my flow got a bit heavy and I am having cramps too. And clots too. Are these my periods? Is everything okay now?
