Pregnancy and Infertility

I am a 23 year old female who have had regular cycles with a plus or minus of 4-5 days monthly. This month my periods are a little late and I have an important sports competition in 2 weeks. Is there a way to get periods soon or immediately.

I did my anomaly scan yesterday. In the report Nft is 3 mm , nasal bone 5.7 mm but Frontonasal angle is mildly increased. And mild echogenic focus in bowel and heart. Nt scan report was absolutely fine..I did quadruple marker test yesterday report is pending.. but is this anomaly findings are normal?

After taking fertyl tablet for five days starting from 3rd day of period I have done ultrasound scan on 12 th day. Right ovary one  follicle size 18*17 mm and left ovary has two follicles 12*12 and 13*11. Dr. Gave me hcg 5000 iu shot Again on 16th day USG done.the size of follicle on right ovary 23*21 mm and no follicles showing in left ovary. Endometrial size is 11.1 mm. No free fluid in pod. What does that mean. Does any follicle ruptured or not.please advise

For the last two months, my period's date are shifting, I haven't go my periods this month There was blood spotting and a lil cramp but no periods Could you tell me what might be the reason and what to do?

My wife was having ivf tranfer with 5 day blastocyst. And 6day after blood hcg level 11 miu/ml. Is this very less?

Follicle didn't ruptured ,HCG 10000  injection was taken on 11 th day but till 13th day it didn't ruptured. What are the reasons , will it create problem in conceiving in this month or next

I am suffering from fever and neck pain and i am taking primoult n can i take carpol while taking primoult n or it can cause me side effect or primoult n will not work

After taking mifi kit my frd just gets cramps not much pain Is it okay?? Minimum bleeding days she bleed for night a lot but in morning bledding is less and cramping

My BETA HCG result on 4th week 2nd day was 33.57 mIU/mL and now on the 4th week 6th day it is 367.82 mIU/mL. Is this increase normal or anything to be worried about?
