Pregnancy and Infertility

I have low Amh and my ivf and iui processes got failed so now am going through ivf with Donar eggs and mu doctor suggested endometrial biopsy before embryo transfer and I don't why? Please tell me sirs/madams, I'm really worried about the procedure, is it painful?? And i have regular periods but my bleeding flow is less and before periods I'll have spotting before 2days of periods. I'm really worried now, please let me know 🙏

I had my menopause on 2020. I had post menopausal bleeding last year for 5 days and this year on Feb again for 5 days. Did the TVS, endometrial thickness came out 7mm. Pap smear was normal, no cervical polyp. I have a posterior wall fibroid.  I am not on any hormonal therapy. I have moderate hypertension. Also before the bleeding started I had very sensitive breasts . After two months, with no more bleeding , I repeated the TVS, the thickness came 5.4 mm. Can it be cancer? Does thickness reduce in cancer automatically? What should I do? I am scared.

Baby is 3 months old and because of low milk supply... baby is on completely formula milk. Someone suggested to take leptaden tablet to increase bm supply. Is it possible to increase bm supply after three months pls suggest

I did my anomaly scan yesterday. In the report Nft is 3 mm , nasal bone 5.7 mm but Frontonasal angle is mildly increased. And mild echogenic focus in bowel and heart. Nt scan report was absolutely fine..I did quadruple marker test yesterday report is pending.. but is this anomaly findings are normal?
