Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am mother of 2 years old ..from last 3 months I am facing some issues related to periods.. although periods are regular but after 3 days blood discharge stops for a day and I get white discharge... suddenly again I get spots of blood for half a day.. then stops again...I want to know that is this something serious? Thanks in advance...
