Pregnancy and Infertility

After taking fertyl tablet for five days starting from 3rd day of period I have done ultrasound scan on 12 th day. Right ovary one  follicle size 18*17 mm and left ovary has two follicles 12*12 and 13*11. Dr. Gave me hcg 5000 iu shot Again on 16th day USG done.the size of follicle on right ovary 23*21 mm and no follicles showing in left ovary. Endometrial size is 11.1 mm. No free fluid in pod. What does that mean. Does any follicle ruptured or not.please advise

For the last two months, my period's date are shifting, I haven't go my periods this month There was blood spotting and a lil cramp but no periods Could you tell me what might be the reason and what to do?

I am suffering from fever and neck pain and i am taking primoult n can i take carpol while taking primoult n or it can cause me side effect or primoult n will not work

My BETA HCG result on 4th week 2nd day was 33.57 mIU/mL and now on the 4th week 6th day it is 367.82 mIU/mL. Is this increase normal or anything to be worried about?

Hi Dr.(s) and Specialists - My LMP was on 22'nd March, 2023. I did Beta HCG test several times. Last one I did 12'th May (7 weeks post LMP) same day from two different Labs for better visibility (1. One Diagnostics and 2. PathKind Labs). I am attaching the reports where both labs are showing different values. Is it reliable? I do have irregular cycle but the longest till date  is 42 days (6 weeks). PS: Whenever I did test from One Diagnostics it alwys showed <1.2 and Pathkind (Recent one is 12'th June) showed <0.100. Your earnest openion will be highly benefited. Reports are attached.

In my urine report it has shown that blood is present what does it mean? I don't know if I have cancer
