By taking primolut N for 3days and after stopping the medication ...can I get periods? Can you answer my question?

I've been diagnosed with PCOD and for medicine I've been given estradiol valerate and dydrofem tablets, alongwith met pco care. As per my understanding estradiol works as contraceptive pills as well. Previously when I used contraceptive pills I have gained a huge weight that time. Now to treat PCOD I should lose weight and on the contrary contraceptive pills make me gain weight. So should I take the pills or ask doctor to change the medicine? Is it necessary to take contraceptive pills for PCOD treatment ?

I take unwanted on 11 June but on 24 I got period but it's short it's not going properly flow of blood and my period date is on 30th !! Does unwanted 72 affects period?

I am at present undergoing treatment for infertility after I failed to conceive after 1 and a half years of trying. My amh level is very low - 0.76. My doc suggested to try normally for 2 months and then to proceed for one or two iui and then ivf . My two months of trying normally are over. I wanted to ask that should I go for iui and then ivf or should I directly go for ivf. Please help.
