Could you please suggest which calcium tablet can be taken for breast feeding mother?? I was prescribe ZINOKAL /ABHICAL for 6 months post delivery but both the medicine are unavailable. Any alternative for above calcium supplements? TIA

I am mother of 2 months. I had 2 times intercource without any contraception first time after pregnency. My first period got after45 days of delivery. Bt did not get my 2nd month  period.
