Hello, My AMH level is 2.31 during 3rd day of periods and i have undergone pelvic scan.. Report impression is decreased ovarian reserve but my amh level is 2.31.. I have small cyst in left ovary sized 9.3×6 mm..doctor has said it causes no problems.. I have regualar menstrual cycle and my age is 27. Is it good ?

I got my TVS scan done after 3 weeks of medical abortion and it says my- "Endometrium is thickened, measures 17.3 mm. Upper endometrium shows ill defined hypochogenicity measuring 7 × 4 mm with out vascularity - Probably blood clot." What does this mean? Is it serious? I am not bleeding or spotting, no cramps.

Hi Doctor, Just to start with, i am a hypo-thyroid patient. However, i have a regular period cycle, but in the past few cycles i have observed that the duration of my period is getting shorter. For example, last year my periods used to last for 3 full days, since past 6 months it lasted for 2.5 days, and now for a few months only 2 days. And also i have observed that now my periods are watery too. I have gone through a thyroid profile test. My test reports: t3,total: 0.93, t4,total :8.7, tsh:2.245. Please suggest what can be the issue ? Is there something that I can do to correct it?

I usually have 35-45 days cycle but since last 3 months I did not have my periods. I used to have PCOS but since last one year I did not miss any month without periods even though the cycle length is longer than normal.

Since two months my period cycle has changed like one month flow ended with just one sight and then the next month flow lasted for nearly 20 days . With a gap of one week again bleeding started .Though the flow is normal am worried how long it may last and why is the cycle abnormal...please explain what might be problem doctor
