Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello Doctor, I missed my period. What shall I do next or consult which doctor in order to get it rectified

I got married in May2021, TTC since October, took letrozole 3 cycles from march-may, ovulation induction injection was given and I ovulated but no success. In 1st & 2ndTVS no fluid was shown, in 3rd TVS fluid was shown in POD. I was asked to get MRI done, in MRI- Rt HYDROSALPINX 17mm,Salpingitis,oorphoritis was suggestive. I took Doxycycline & metrozyl with Placentrex injection for 14 days.in my last TVS, free fluid in POD is shown, fluid left side was shown. Doc said fluid length is 3mm. Some doc asked me to start ATT, my Mantoux, tb gold and Endometrial biopsy TB PCR all are negative. Kindly guide about next procedure as nothing is clear whether I have HYDROSALPINX or not.

Hi after one week of medications for RPOC, I went for TVS scan and the following were the impressions- Thickened endometrium. Small focal hypocchogenicity in upper endometrium - Probably blood clot. Bilateral polycystic ovaries. Do I need any surgery like D&C or not needed?

My mother has got her periods 4 years post menopause, she was feeling like it & consulted a doctor she said she won't get it and gave some medicines stating some hormonal issues however she got it yesterday. What could be the reason for it? Google shows horrible worrying reasons. Please guide.

I had irregular periods and was diagnosed with lean pcos. I am taking homeopathic medication and it has been kind of working for me. I also have low Iron and Haemoglobin. Again taking homeopathic medication for that. Recently my hair fall has drastically increased and full hair from the root falls everytime i comb or wash. I am very concerned what's happening. I am 37 years and my husband is 38 years old.we have a son who is 7 years old. We are trying for a second child. But very unlucky.we both are relatively healthy except I have tsh of 5.94 for which I am taking thyronorm for 50 mcg. While conceiving first child we had used pregahope lubricant. But now it's out of market.its been 6 months with no luck. I am tracking my cycle.kindly suggest
