Stopping breastfeed
Hi my daughter is 19 months old..but always she asks for the breastfeed, I'm trying to decrease it but she is not accepting..any suggestions how can I cut the breastfeed for her?

You have to be strict. You make your own schedule as to how many times you want to give her breastfeed. You are already very late as far as the introduction of weaning diets for your baby is concerned . You should have started weaning her when the daughter was 7-8 months old. There is no magic remedy.  Discipline is the only answer.

Take help from other family members First slowly reduce and the stop day time feeding After that stop night feeding

Slowly decrease the no.of rimes u give like if u give 8 times a day do it 6 nd 5 then 4 with other feeds
