Pregnancy and Infertility

I have just turned 28. Female. Pursuing a professional course and financially dependant on my parents. So after completing the course and taking up employment, I'm planning to get married which would cost me 3 to 4 years further.  People around are scaring me that too many problems arise while giving birth to a child after 30 years. Is that true? At present, I dont have any problem with menstrual cycle. Please advise.

After consuming ipill last month, I got bleeding after 10 days and it went on for 6 days including spotting. Now again, spotting has started. Is this my period cycle or the one which I got earlier ?

So today I went to my obgyn for my regular appointment..and there I got to know about anterior Placenta..which she makes me a little worried about...so as per her IT MIGHT CREATE PROBLEM AS THE PLACENTA IS ON MY STITCHES (because of my 1st cesarean) what is the problem exactly I didn't understand.And yes.. I'm 14w6d as of now. . . . please let me know...is it worth worrying about or not..bcz in the coming weeks I'm traveling  1182km by train and in August too which is most probably via flight. . . . I had previous second trimester  miscarriage . I am conceived again ( 6th week now ) . My tsh value is 3.89 , T3 - 2.89 , T4 - 1.8 , ATGA is 27.5 , ATPO is 6.53 .. Is these values normal .should I take medicines to control thyroid?

I am 46 years old and in perimenopausal stage.So far I did not experienced significant differences in my  menstrual cycle.They would come on time and Last 5 days with 2 days medium / heavy flow and no clots.However last month I had to take antiviral for my flu and after that experiencing differences in my menstrual flow.It came early last month then now after  gap of  35-40 days I bled for 11 days with 6-7 days heavy flow and  grapesize clots. Should I undergo sonography and some blood tests or this is normal in perimenopause?

After delivery, second time periods came and heavy bleeding. Dr suggested trenaxa injection for 2 days twice a day and trenaxa tablet twice a day. I have taken 3 injections till now. Bleeding is reduced but not stopped completely. Pls suggest trenaxa completely stopped bleeding or jus reduces it. What should i do
