Dull stomach pain and gas problem
Hi ,
I am having dull stomach pain in upper abdomen around belly from last 2,3 month also I can see difference in stool it appear like flat stool and doesn't feel empty .also having gas problem.

Ideally you should have a clinical examination by a General Physician.
From the symptoms alone it suggests some problem with the liver and gallbladder. Please get a sonography of the whole abdomen done, also get your CBC, LFT, and urine examination done. Consult a General Physician with the reports.
