Currently 34 weeks pregnant. Yesterday night after having dinner upper abdominal pain started followed by gas and 2 times bowel movement. It settled around 12 in midnight and then it vanished.. then today morning after having breakfast it started again around 10 am in upper abdomen only above belly button.. and it was continuous , then at 12 pm i visited my gynae and she checked me and said no sign of labour and said it could be gas and acidity pains and prescribed me pan d and drotin BD.. after taking medicines still little pain is there kind of dull pain in upper abdomen only. It's most likely acidity pain. Avoid oily and spicy food.
