Pregnancy and Infertility

My reports suggests PCOS but my gynaec said it's PCOD, are they same? Also is PCOS reversible? there have been various misconceptions about both PCOS and PCOD. Please help resolve my doubt.

I have 20months old baby, and I have intestinal infection, Taking antibiotics amoxicillin, azee, superspas, metrokam 400 and gelusil... I didn't think much and I was breastfeeding the baby... is it ok to continue to breastfeed ?
