I have been diagnosed with PCOM. What is this disorder? What is the cause? What should I do? My periods are irregular.

Why do spotting happens between 12th- 15th day of my period ? This time it occurred on the 15th day and also on the 22nd day. Is it a matter to concern ? Or is it because of hormones?

I am currently working on my relactation process and I got to know about pumping... is it necessary to do it... if yes then which type of pump should I consider, manual or electric.... And I wanted to ask can't I do it by my hands... as I am not having the baby with me for sometime (atleast 3 months)

I am having a lot of stomach issues i am having heavy periods this week because from last 3-4 months i did not had proper periods due to hormonal imbalance but this month i am having proper periods with heavy flow also i am dealing with stomach issues that is feeling like vomitting and loose motions due to which i am having a lot of weakness. I am a college student for leave i need a medical certificate but will any dr give me a medical certificate for this issue. I think i need rest for some days i am feeling extremely sick and weak. To which dr should i consult a physician or a gynac ?? So that i can also get a medical certificate for sick leave ... kindly help will a gynac issue me a cerificate for this and will college accept this as it is a periods issue ???

Hi , My baby was born on 8 may 2022 , after that I have lost so much of weight. Nowadays I have become extremely thin ( my whole body). I take care of my diet but still not able to get my body. Facing body shaming a lot . What should I do . Do i have any health issue , why I have become so much thin. I have done all my normal tests everything was normal . Please guide me

I was 20 week pregnent, in anomaly scan i found my cervix is shortened and started funnelling got immediately emergency mc donalad cervical cerclage, by tht time it was already 2cm. After the cerclage told be in hospital with total bed rest. But by 22 week i got suddenly delivery pain and Doctors couldnt do anything, stiches thy removed and finally baby got delivered dead by veginal exposure. 😭😭 babies all organs were developed, hairs were started growing 😔 Till 16 week scanning everything was well, baby was active, with good cardiac activity, cervix uterus was normal, NT scan and dual marker test was absolutely normal, but why suddenly cervix got shortened please provide me answer 🙏🙏 and wat are the chances of next pregnecy, will cervix affect again? When we can start trying for next baby?
