Hi... I am taking femilon tablets for the first time .. I missed taking the tablet for 1 day , them I continued taking the remaining tablet... 21 days for over on Monday... today is Saturday, when can I expect my periods? also I see some blood spots ... Is it normal? or should I start 21 days again ? plz help

I had got my last periods on 21st of June, and have still not got my periods yet, next week I have a Puja to perform so I want to get my periods asap. Please suggest some medicine.

I took the 1st tablet of mifegest kit on the 3rd of August, then I took the remaining 4 tablets this morning (5th of August) in the gap of 1 hour in 2+2 order. My bleeding started after taking the first two. Blood clots passed after 30 minutes. Now I've taken the remaining 2. But there is no such massive pain which I have heard earlier. Minor pain like period in lower abdomen and lower back. Is it normal please suggest.

I took my blood reports on december 2022, My Thyroid is at  6.04 and doctor said i have pcos and told to reduce weight. I am 73  to 74. I have grown from 55 to 74kgs in span of 3 years. My problem is the period has to come on Aug 1st or July 29th atleast. I am under thyroid medication, but not on daily basis may be I take for 7 days a month. When I took the medicine for those days my dates used to come correctly. June 30th, June 1st, May 31st, May 1st, April-absent, March 30th. My sleep patterns was worst and on top of that for one month I was under mental stress. I don't understand from 5days onwards some spotting it looks like old blood in pale colour. And today that old one and red colour are seen together. will i get the periods on time? Or do I need to take the medication daily.

Hi Dr.. Had c-section on 28/07/2023 ..I m fyn and able to move but bleeding is there slightly...can I travel 300 kms...if so which mode of transport is better by road/ train/air . Kindly suggest
