Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm under infertility treatment. I have done sifasi injection twice this month. And I'm taking dydroprogestrone tablets. Can period delayed due to progesterone tablets.

I want to concieve. I was under menotropin injection from 4 days (from 5th to 8th day of cycle) and on 9th day my ovulation study was done, which is attahced., can anyone explain what is the current status. Study: Day: 9th Right: Pco Left: Pco ET: + + + And then doctor again suggested to take injection 2 more days.

My doctor did Progesterone test to confirm ovulation.I am attaching both follicular and Progesterone report. How is my Progesterone report.Does this report says I have ovulated.

Please see the attached report of my hysteroscopy polypectomy and if possible help me to understand is there any problem ? I am in plan for having baby. Is it possible to have naturally?

I am having irregular period from 6-7 months, hairfall, and weight gain in last 2 year. Some months period comes very delayed, while in one month it came twice within 15 days. My testosterone level is 2.67. TSH is 3.5 (TSH was 7.515 in May 2023, became in range after one month intermittent fasting.) My ultrasound report is attached. So, seeing my ultrasound report, is it PCOD/PCOS? Are there any complications?

I m prescribe by clomid, my periods gets so light only one day and brown spotting I'm so irritated and gave up and don't use it this month can a woman conceive in such a light period but regular periods.

What does purulent discharge mean ? Please write in simple way that what kind discharge mean purulent discharge ?
