I am planning for baby. I want to know what all I need to do to conceive a healthy baby. Any health related suggestions.

I am late by 3 days and my urine test today is negative. I have taken multiple tests in the past 3 days and all are negative. I am always early and on time. Why am I late ? I do feel mild cramps since yesterday but I don't have tender breasts like I usually do.

This month i was prescribed to take susten 200 for 15 days twice after my ovulation . But i got my periods but the flow is more than 6 + days The abdomen pain is not present but the bleeding is there while urinating Is there any precautionary measures to be taken Any side effects of this tablet As my normal regular period would last 4 days So i am little concerned here

Day16- Right ovary: no dominant follicle identified Left ovary:21.7*21.6mm, endometrial:9.8mm Is this report good? Can i conceive. Please suggest did my ovulation happened No fluid on POD.

I took 1 dose of TT injection at 19 weeks 4 days and next dose of boostrix injection at 26weeks 2 days is it fine? I read in few articles that boostrix should be taken through 27 week to 30 week

My wife's age is 39. We are just done with 12 week's NT scan and double marker test. NT scan is normal - 1.1 mm But dual marker says intermediate risk.
