I have had  severe periods cramps before, but during emergencies I used to take a pain killer generally Nobel spas for relief and after having one tablet i never felt any pain afterwards.It also used to kill my body pain also. But from last few months i was having a bit irregular periods. This month when I got my periods and I had severe cramps that I couldn't bear. Surprisingly I had a tablet in the afternoon but it didn't work at all. Then I had one in night and again it didn't work. It's the second day and I am still suffering from severe cramps. What should I do?

I am using dinogest since 2 months I got periods now can i stop taking dineogest at periods or will I continue dinnogest 2 mg tablet
