Constipation & fissure post 7weeks c sec
I’m 7weeks post c section breastfeeding mom having constipation since 8 days Had non veg for continuous 4 days since then I'm having constipation and because of hard stool i have fissure now After that I'm having high fibre diet, lots of water and having isabgol also at night but nothing is working Tried lactihep syrup but didn’t helped Kindly prescribe some medicine
