When can i start intercourse after c sec
I had my c section delivery on 10th july. When can i start intercourse and can i lie down on my stomach and start twisting exercises for back pain?

You can lie on your abdomen, u can have relations after 6-8weeks of delivery. Start with light exercises first rather than abdominal however u can bend and twist, no issues

You can start intercourse after 8 weeks from the date of Caesarean. You can lie on your abdomen if you feel comfortable. Nothing medically against it.
