Low bleeding in periods
Hii doctor, From about 6 months I was getting low bleeding in periods like only 2 days. But From 1 month I was eating 4 eggs per day,2 amla per day,peanut&jaggery Chikki each day and beet root juice for every 3 days to increase blood. But now my periods came earlier by 4 days(day before my periods i ate seasame balls) and have white discharge initially for 1st day with some blood spottings in it.in 2nd day,for only 1 day bleeding happen. Pls tell what is the problem. These are my reports of 3 months back.:- Height:5' 1" (155.4 cm),weight:47.08 kg, Pulse :80bpm,  hemoglobin=13.4 BP:110/80 mmHg,serum estradiol:302ug/ ml, progesterone-25.7ng/ml,  cortisol=4.37µg/dl at 10 am per ECLIA method, TSH=2.55μIU/ml,   T3=1 ng/ml,  T4-1.18ng/dl,  cal-9.9mg/dl.

The early periods and the less flow is normal since all the investigations are normal
