Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi doctor I need advice I had neurofibromatics and planning to conceive will my child get the same how can this be avoided can IVF help it prevent, I got it from my father n my cousin have it too. Shd I plan for normal delivery or ivf

After delivery it was almost 3 weeks my bleeding did not stop one of my aunt told me take methargine tablet it will stop your bleeding, unknowing the fact we should not breastfeed for 12hours, i breastfed my little baby for every 2 hours. After some time when i googled i came to know we should not.. will it affect my baby i am scared

My lmp was on 15th August. But due to light spotting and cramping my doctor suggested me  for beta HCG on 11th sep only(report of which I am attaching). Value is 105. Again on 13th Sep beta HCG was repeated and serum progesterone test was also done(report of which I am attaching). Value of progesterone level is 28.5 and that of beta HCG is 367.6. I am taking duphaston thrice,Susten 200 twice vaginally and now my doctor has also added susten 100mg injection also. How is my report??My period date has not been crossed yet? Is my Progesterone level too low? Why I was having cramping and spotting?? And how is beta HCG?? Kindly explain

Hi Dr, I am trying to concive from last 9 months. I am taking thyronorm 100mg from last 2yrs. I lost 15 kg from January 2023. Yesterday I checked serum TSH and it came 0.2. I think thyronorm 100mg dose should be reduced. How much mg dose I should take ? Is IVF possible with amh 0.6?

Hello doctor!!! M facing pelvic pain during and after periods and period spotting (brown mucus type discharge with nausea) after periods...periods days extended from 5 to 15 days...5 days normal red bleeding...rest 10 days brown discharge along with pelvic pain...all sonographies are clear...nausea everyday with diziness ... Earlier i felt it could be due to endrometisis or uterine fibroid or any chocolate cyst as i m having pain in lower right abdomen  n i got all sonographies done at least 3-4 times but all reports were normal...can u pls tell what could be the issue along with temorary medicine to avoid in between spotting

I had 3 abortion, it was medical bcz of low hcg Now after 2 months I'm getting some pain in abdomen from last 2 days I have never got such pain before , it's kind of sharp object poking. What I shuld be doing.

Hi am a breastfeeding mother of 10 month baby girl, Post her birth am getting regular periods. Last 2 months am experiencing early periods for 7 to 10 days. This month i got periods in 20 days. Any concerns..?
