Hello, My cycle is usually 36 days cycle it is from the beginning like this only, even my mother had such kinds of cycles only. For a couple of years I have been facing delayed periods either 45 days or 60 days once in a year this happens and PMS issues, just before my periods around 10 days prior I start getting irritated, mood swings, breast tenderness, acid reflux and i have fibrocystic breast cyst in right breast and I get sharp shooting pain. On the first day of the period I get severe acidity and vomiting but from the 2nd day all the above symptoms start to subside. I want to start ayurveda/plant based supplements, can anyone please suggest any good supplements or any herbs as I don't want to go on HRT as many gynaecologists suggested for it. Has anyone tried gynoveda or oziva supplements are they really helpful?

I have gone through 3 ovaluation studies..i ovalute and my egg rupture without injection...but not conceive ..tried for 6months...doctor suggest HSg test...will it increase the chances of conceive...worried of pain...

I took my first stimulation injection yesterday. Before my injection I had a blood test where my estradiol levels came out as 1458 and progesterone as 9.98. I did not have my periods this month. Seeing the hormone levels my stimulation cycle was canceled. My dr has asked me to wait for 5 more days for my periods and then take overal g once a day for 20 days. Can you please help me as to why these levels are so high. I don't have pcos . Please help.

Today is day 12 of my cycle. I went for follicular study. Right ovary showed 3 dominant follicle ( 20*15, 16*13, 15*14) and left ovary showed 1 follicle (18*15). Endometrium thickness 10.6. My doctor told me to take eema HCG injection 5000 unit tommorow and to do the next scan on 16th sept. Is this a good follicle size to conceive? My husband's reports are all fine.

Took iron infusion due to low hemoglobin levels of 8.8 but after taking iron infusion the first time I urinate it's red in colour. Is it normal? It happened for both the doses of iron infusion. Can someone please suggest wat is wrong?

Hi, yesterday had my nt scan at 13 weeks. Report is normal. However after scan m feeling my upper n lower abdomen little crampy n sore. Is it normal. Also I have cervix of 3cm , do this pain affect cervical length? I went for abdomen scan soon after emptying my bladder, is this a mistake?

My periods is irregular this months two months late my periods and now I have ovary acene I think so ya cyst one right side small size and left side also...??? What should I do
