Hello doctor, good evening I had an Ipill (emergency contraceptive pill) on 4th September 2023, and today i.e 14 th September I got my periods, my periods were supposed to come between 15-17 September but it came today ,it is a normal period with normal flow , but I had read Ipill causes withdrawal bleeding please answer me is it my periods or withdrawal bleeding, and whats the difference between withdrawal bleeding and period, and does everyone gets withdrawal bleeding after taking Ipill .

1.uterus is normal in capacity and endometrial cavity shows normal distension. 2.both fallopian tubes are normal in caliber. 3.Bilateral free spillage of contrast is not appreciated means what? Does both tubes blocked? Is it possible to conceive?

I had taken an emergency pill(ipill) and in this month's period I can't see much blood. Only some yellowish fluid is coming out in small amount mixed with very little blood. Kindly guide if it's normal or not.
