After finishing 21 day of Ovral L pack, my sister got bleeding like spotting and lighter than usual after 3 days. Her doctor had asked her to take the next 21 day set of medicine on the 3rd day of the period.
Is this spotting and lighter bleed is what happens after finishing the pack? How should she calculate her 3rd day?
