Hi .. I get spotting before periods .. for2 days there is spotting and on 3rd day proper period flow starts. Sometimes it is in brown colour is it normal. ? My periods lasts for 5 days .

the colour of bleeding does not matter
total days of bleeding including spotting should be less than 7
