Over weight after delivery
I have 5month baby .my delivery lscs cessarian preterm baby . Severe chronic viral  pneumonia &low saturation  effect before 2week delivery &after cs saturation low &tachycardia .present I'm ok .thyroid &all counts are normal but my weight is 75.my height 163 .so how to reduce my weight any way to decrease them .plz help me

after 2 months after delivery u can start routine normal brik waking and other exercises
