  4. Delivery. The operation is going on?

My wife is scheduled to deliver next month. this is our first child. and it shall be a cesarean delivery. its her wish that i be there in the operation theatre at the time of delivery sitting or standing next to her. is it possible to be there in the OT while the operation is going on?
