None of the emergency contraceptive pills are safe either for a non lactating or a lactating mother because they have a high failure rate which means you can be pregnant despite one and they have many side effects

there are many options available and it depends on your physical character as welll.so u need to consult with dictor and after explaining all the effect of tablets u can get a prescription
