Pregnancy and Infertility

I am married for 3 years, several ovulation inductions and iui's failed. I had PCOD earlier but now pcod is cured it is not there. I had laproscopy for infertility diagnosis and found adhesions in organs. Removed adhesions through laproscopy. Now doctor suggesting to try naturally and prescribed Normoz and ferti plus tablets in morning and night. In Google I found inositol's are for pcos. Can I take these tablets as prenatals without pcos to get conceived. Will there be any problem if we take these tablets when everything is fine.

I have cervical stitch in place doctor said there can be a chance of early delivery but just 2 weeks take rest then it is fine. Will I deliver early if cervix length is 2.6 cm now? Or I can pass 2-3 weeks with this length?

I have a period cycle of regular 26 days .I am trying to conceive and I am using digital fertility monitor to track my hormones I started testing from day 7 from day 9 my estrogen levels raised and app said high fertile but my lh surge did not happen til day 12. why is it so? Is it a problem?

I had twins pregnency but have done selective fetus reduction due to abnormalities in one fetus.Doctor have prescribed me dolo650(Half tab 3 times a day)and zifi200(1 tab 2 times a day)tablets for 20days.Is it safe to take it for 20days?Please let me know.
