Pregnancy and Infertility

I'm a 19 year old, i have irregular periods (even my mom have, so might be genetic) but i have spottings every now and them with pure red colour and even during orgasms i bleed, is it a case of concern?

I am getting HCG booster injection on Monday and Thursday during my luteal phase. Today and Yesterday just due to anxiety I checked my HCG progression. I had embryo transfer on 28th. Are the pics looking good and should I be hopeful?

Last one and half months I've been feeling weak, fatigue and trouble sleeping durinf ovulation and before Periods. I always have migraines before period but this last 50 days.. it's been very strange.. Getting slightly worse.. This time Fatigue, mild nausea muscle weakness and pins and needle sensation in my finger, Migraine and insomnia hit me during Ovulation.. Usually that's never the case... My family physician said it's because of nutrient deficiency.. my vitamin D and B12 levels are 55 and 512 respectively.. CBC is normal.. RA factor is below 10.. ESR IS 47.. magnesium is 2.16.. thyroid seems to be normal Could it be hormone imbalance? I don't what is causing it.. attaching my iron report.. how do I get better?

My last period was on 10th Sept. Doctor suggested me to take femilon from 12th Sept for 12 days for cyst. I got withdrawal bleeding on 28th September. As per regular cycle, my period is due. Will I get my normal period this week or end of October?

Hi I took meprate twice a day for 2 weeks to delay my period  after consulting my gynaecologist I didn't stop taking tablets in between but I have spotting before the completion of course with stomach pain Is this is my period? Still I need to take meprate ? Or will I get proper period after spotting If it is when will I get my periods?
