The nausea in headache is not because of pcos For headache get her hemoglobin blood pressure and vision checked if all normal connect with a neurologist Fr Nausea start exercising avoid food from road side vendors have small frequent meals avoid fried and spicy food it should help

Headache and nausea is not due to PCOS If her cycles are regular then it's okay But if she is having excessive hair growth, weight gain, irregular cycles then medicine have to be started
