Hi there,
PCOS is a multi factorial disorder arising from various type of hormonal dysfunction , one of them is disruption of normal female cyclical functioning by causing imbalance in female hormones, which will be corrected by Ovral L .
Others like Insulin resistance and excess of male steroids which cause excess hair will need more efforts from your side ( Regular exercise, diet restrictions , loosing 10- 15
% of body weight)
Next Steps
Yes pregnancy can happen as soon as these measures will regularize your ovulation

Overall L or any bc pills can only mask the symptoms of pcos and do nothing to heal the root cause of the problem.
PCOD is completely reversible in my experience. I have reversed not only my own PCOD but have helped hundreds of women heal their hormone Imbalances and achieve healty natural pregnancies. It's frustrating to see that so many women are suffering and not getting the right information. It can be reversed not by masking the symptoms with drugs but by addressing the root cause of the problem. Needs root cause evaluation with further investigations...Can be healed with diet changes, lifestyle changes, self care and Detoxification.Hope this helps.
