She has cyst in her left ovary size is 10.15cm×10cm Can use any medication for this? Like can it be treated with medicine

Attached is the pic for I know kit result for 2days I have tested. Can someone let me know what does this indicate. (My Last period started on 25th September and lasts for 3 days) and test pic is of 4th and 6th October. I'm confused with is my ovulation days started or yet to start as the line is very light.

Hello doctor,I had heavy menstruation bleeding so doctor advised me to take sysron n 5mg and tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid for 3times a day for 3days and sysron tablet another 20days 2times aday.After taking 3days medicine bleeding has stopped but on 4th day have taken only sysron tablet but there is some pink sticky discharge and abdominal cramps.Is this side effects of sysron tablet or anything else??

We used unwanted kit , after using tabs bleeding started continuously 15 days bleed , we consult gynaecologist she said you have small bubbles don't worry about that . After abortion we have severe back pain please tell me the solution whta to do next

My periods are irregular, they get delayed in response to stress or anxiety, can I use cyclenorm E and P every month to regulate my periods? I took them last time on 4th September can I take this week as well? I have checked with a doctor And I'm not suffering from pcod, we have checked it out by doing sonography.
