Having pain in right lower abdomin pain
Right lower abdomin pain  before 10 days of periods from past 8 years now ct scan has been done and it shows bulky uterus and I'll defined stranding in right lower ileal mesentery.so this pain is due to bulky uterus or anything else.i have normal period cycle and in have a baby of 3 years.no heavy flow

The pain could be due to strands between the uterus and iliac mesentary or the caecum. But the confirmation will come if you get those strands divided by laparoscopy and after that you become asymptomatic (pain free).
