My wife has leg pain after sex

My wife 28 year old she has pain in lower legs daily but after sex the pain is intolerable problem starts from last one month when she had periods on 15 days before the actual time when i intimate with her even if we do foreplay she has very much pain in lower legs plz suggest me how to tacle this
