Missed periods, leg pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My wife has missed periods for last 2 months. Pregnancy blood test is negative. She has a lot of pain for last few days in the legs. No thyroid problems or PCOD history. She took tablet called Divery for 10 days to get periods as per her gynac but no use. What should be the next steps? What is causing the leg pain?
