This month periods i just had a drop for 2 days ...i am worried..i took a pregency test its negative ...what should i do...till today have periods all 6 days never irregular

Please explain this report, is this serious or not, what is the suggestion , please give me proper suggestions what next step need to do

I had my periods date on  2nd oct. It has not come. I was told to have dasmulatrishta, it will cure my irregular period problem. I sometime miss my periods for 2 month. My question will Dashmularishta help to regain my healthy natural cycle? And since my period has yet not come this montj, i want to know within how many days of having Patanjali Dashmularishta will my periods come ?

I took a test on 3rd oct in the night. It showed a faint positive. I again took a test on 4th morning, it was still faint positive. However, the test done this morning is negative. I am on 34th day of my cycle, which is usually 32-36 days long.
