If your expected date of periods is today then starting Meprate 24 hours earlier will not work. You may get bleeding any day You should use a local application of Gynodaktrin gel on the vulva and inside the vagina for your symptoms.

Itching is a sign of infection You need to be treated that could be the reason for the pain Any medicine to delay your period needs to be taken 3 days prior to the expected date of periods so it is unpredictable whether the medicine you took would delay your periods or  not
