  4. Delay in periods. A hormonal imbalance?

Delay in periods
Periods are delayed, last 3 month date was 17-18th of months, protected  intercorse was on 18th of march. Sometimes the date varies for 2 -4 days late. Bleeding for four days during periods..what should i do to get my periods. I took deviry tablet of 10mg. Still I did not get my periods. Is this a hormonal imbalance?
