Any problems related to breast should not be neglected and consulted immediately That being said from history it appears that the tail part of the breast which is in the axilla is getting swollen due to accumulation of milk Make sure to empty your breast manually after feeding the baby so that it does not swell

It can be swelling of axillary tail of breast. Get yourself  examined at a local gynecologist.

Get yourself examined by a doctor Mostly it is accumulation of milk in the axillary tail  of breast
