Hi, I am trying to conceive . I wanted to know dosage for multirich multivitamin softgels by lupin. And also for vitamin D3 60K. Also, please advice whether it's safe to do jogging while trying to conceive or not. I jog everyday for 30 minutes at around 6 km/hr. Please advice.

Today is 5th day after my missed periods, i had mifepristone and after 25 hours i had misoprostol, abdomen started paining and started with white discharge but no bleeding yet, i had tablet yesterday at 3pm exact, but why no bleeding still, its 5:25pm already, its been more then 24 hours, still no bleeding, i had one mifepristone and 2 of misoprostol. I had copper -T for seven years after my first child , I was supposed to remove it on jan 18 and I missed my period in August 17 . I had safely delivered a helathy n happy baby . My question is does such thing happens or it’s a miracle and when should one remove the copper T say for 5 years then when is the right time to get it removed ? 3 years or 4 years ? Thank u
