Its been a year or more that my mensturation are not as its suppose to be, its just for 2-3days and the flow is quite less! And feb2018 i got down twice a month and missed in march, got down in april end till july(for 2days/mnth only) and in august i again missed it! What am i suppose to do? Got through with my blood test, everything is normal! And also iam gaining weight because of it! I feel bloated!

I've been diagnosed with pcod. The doctor gave me estrogen contraceptive pills and told me toh have it on the first day of my periods and then when my 21 days pills are over i'll get my period in 7th day, so i'll have to start eating it again on the 7th day. But i've got my periods on the 4th day should i eat the pill on the 4th day or on the 7th day. Please help
