Pregnancy and Infertility

Last month (July) my period start date was 23rd July, which was delayed 4 days from the previous month(June) In this month(August), it is expected to come on 23rd or 24th of August.

No periods from last 3 months and HCG is negative. Doctor has suggested Meprate 10MG for 5 days, 3 times in a day. After 15 days, I have light spotting for 1 day. I am not sure, if I got the periods or not. Please advise.

It was seen in ultrasound ...a large complex solid mass measuring 47×58 in my left adnexa... my ca 125 range is 41.4 . Is it ovarian cancer ?

Sir/mam, I suffer from prolonged periods and consulted a doctor who treated with me tranexamic acid for 5 days but after 6 months I again have irregular periods and now it's been 18 days since I m bleeding ...I got a TVs pelvis done on a recommendation and it suggests multiple subcentimeters size follicles in both ovaries with impression of polysistic appearing ovaries with a volume of 9.5cc and 9.6 cc ,left and right ovary measures simultaneously ...kindly suggest me regarding this .. thanks..
