I conceived with 2nd baby...it is 44dys old... I have spotting for last 3days whenever I got to loo... what should I do... I am working and I have no options to quit... Is there any danger for my baby... what should I do.. one says take bed test... one says should start injection.. pls suggest

Asked for Female, 30 Years My last period was on 18th june. On 11th August beta hcg was 1063.07mIu/ml. on 14th August it was 1492.70mIu/ml. Again on 20th August I have done beta HCG and the level is 2294.03 mIu/ml. Today i hae done beta HCG and it is 1290.09 mIu/ml. I have done sonography also and no Cardiac activity formed. Yolk sac seen. Tiny Fetal pole is there and my CRL is 2.5mm gestation sac week is 5.6 weeks. Pls give me your suggestions.
