Missed periods and abdominal cramps
I am 27 female married. Last month i got my periods on 4th and this month it was supposed to come on th2 28th but it didn't come even now. I also am feeling bad abdominal cramps since last 3-4 days

If you are sexually active then pregnancy check up is needed. If sexually not active, sometimes stress and hormonal imbalance delays it. No need to worry in one time. Have test if recurrent

Do test for pregnancy either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo.

Get a urine pregnancy test done. Further course of action can only be decided after ruling out or confirming pregnancy as management will differ in both conditions.
