Pregnancy and Infertility

My periods has been delayed by a week.this is first time happening with me. Volume of the stomach has been increased with no discomfort yet. Last month i have shifted to a new location. Periods date was 25 now it's 2 sep now.i am little worried please suggest.

I feel stiff formation or say lump in my right breast and it pains too. Earlier, I used to feel the lump and pain only during menstruation but now its constant throbbing pain inside my breast and its itchy too. My breast feels hard and lumpy. Is it a sign of menopause or it is something else because now I can see some strange things happening like having periods twice a month and so. Please guide me with this. Is it normal to feel lumps and pain in breasts or it is something serious?

I had hsg test...report shows rt tube normal not visualised spillage ...lt tube has clumping with faint visualisation spillage
