Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi, I have been facing irregular periods problem lately, and since I am over weight I was suggested to take Thyroid test and POCD test. I have POCD. In my report it says "both ovaries are ovoid and reveal presence of multiple small peripheral follicles with central echogenic storm". TSH level is 3.81 uIU/ml Vitamin D is 3.40 ng/ml (which is very very low). Prolactin level is 17.90 ng/ml Is it really a very serious problem?

Hi doctor, we have planned for a pooja on September 5 and as my last month period date was on July 29, I have started taking postpone tablets from past 5 days. Today morning I spotted blood and nothing after that. I have a 11 months old boy. Can I continue my tablet or does my periods will Continue. Please suggest. Thanks, Surekha
