I have irregular periods from past 3 months after april i got only two times first one on july 9 and second on 29 Aug now. last year i have a severe acne so for that treatment i have taken medicine like isotrotin which causes weight gain in may i have done a several blood test so that I fond only minor deficiency of haemoglobin then in my local area the gyne told me to femitone tablet but still due to confusion with ayurvedic and in allopathy i dont take this can u pls tell me which one i had

I have a fever, so crocin or combiflame is safe during pregnency or not. Or recommend any other medicine for fever
